ACU Splits With OUAZ And Earns First Program Win

Phoenix, AZ- The Firestorm earned their first win in program history.  ACU played crosstown rival OUAZ and was able to defeat their B team 4-1 but fell to their A team 5-0.

"It's really exciting to get our first win as a program.  I'm proud of the way we fought and were able to play in some crazy win when we let that beat us just a couple of weeks ago."

 

Up Next

On Friday, the Firestorm will play against OUAZ again in conjunction with a scrimmage against Mesa Community College.  First serve against OUAZ is at 8:30 am. Game time against MCC is still TBD.
