The new era of ACU Women's soccer under the leadership of Coach Josh Macharia is off to a solid start as the team has an even record of 1-1, just barely losing the match last weekend in a double overtime battle against Antelope Valley. The women will look to continue the fast start to the season with the three game stretch over the holiday weekend.

Coach Macharia's Thoughts

"This will be another tough weekend for different reasons than last week. We play three games in a spun of 5 days. The first game we will be playing against our former Goalie Brianna who just transferred back home to Providence. Our 2nd game is against the number 9 team in the country Midland

And our third game is our first home game of the season. We are excited for the challenge but also feel the pressure."
