Glendale, AZ - The Arizona Christian University women's soccer program (3-5-1, 0-1-1) suffered its first GSAC conference loss as they fell 5-1 to Menlo College (7-0-2, 1-0-1) on Saturday morning at the ACU Football Field.

The Game:

It was all Oaks in the beginning of this one as they opened the scoring at 7:52 to make it 1-0. They would then add another at 23:41 to increase their advantage to 2-0 at half-time. The Firestorm didn't give up though and quickly got on the board right after halftime at 46:00 as Irene Ledezma fed Cami Mercado to make it 2-1. The Firestorm were hoping for another comeback but the Oaks shutdown any though of that as they made it 3-1 at 55:43. From there they would tack on two more goals as the Firestorm fell 5-1.
