GLENDALE, Ariz. - The Arizona Christian University Beach Volleyball team (1-6-1; 1-6-1 GSAC) dropped a 5-0 conference loss to Ottawa University - Arizona (9-2; 6-2 GSAC) Friday afternoon at Victory Lanes Sports Park.

Both senior members of the ACU team were honored in a ceremony before the contest.

"Today we started to hit our stride in every pairing and our coaching staff is very proud of our progress.  We've been saying it all year, but our focus during this crazy year has been process-oriented rather than outcome-oriented, and we believe that the wins will come once we have spent enough time on the process.  We also got to honor our awesome senior today, so overall it was a great day of volleyball."
