Glendale, Ariz,- Arizona Christian Beach Volleyball secured its place in the GSAC postseason on Friday evening, defeating NAIA number nine Benedictine Mesa 4-1 on the ACU Beach Volleyball Courts.
Before the match, the Sandy Birds honored their five seniors—
Emee Fellens,
Jaiden Zeis,
Abigail Nelson,
Kapri Espinosa, and
Aaliyah Malden—for their contributions to the program.
The Firestorm (11-11, 7-7 GSAC) delivered a strong performance against the ninth-ranked Redhawks (11-6, 8-5 GSAC), winning four of the five pairs matches to lock up the final conference playoff spot.

Arizona Christian clinched the dual with wins at the No. 2, 4, and 3 positions before sealing the victory with a three-set comeback at the top flight.
With the win, the Firestorm not only knocked off a top-10 opponent but also punched their ticket to the GSAC Championships, capping a memorable Senior Day in Glendale.

On April 9, Arizona Christian will meet up with NAIA number one and GSAC Regular Season Champ OUAZ on the neutral courts of the Arizona Athletic Grounds. First serve is set for 10:00 am. They compete again at 1:00 pm- just depends on being in the winners or elimination bracket.
