Biography
2020 (SO)- Appeared in three meets (Season cut short due to COVID)
2019 (FR)- Helped the Firestorm finish second at the GSAC Championships… Participated in seven meets… Ran a career best 4:43 in the mile at the Paradise Valley Indoor Invitational
Also at ACU- Member of cross country team
Northwest Christian School- Four year varsity runner for Coaches Brandon Southall and Dempster Jackson… Helped the Crusaders take third at state in the 4x800 relay… Owns the NCS school record in the 3,200 meter race and 4x800 relay… Favorite highlight- Running a school record time of 10:10 in the 3,200 meter race at state… Earned First Team All-Academic Honors in track & field… Also ran cross country and played soccer (Second Team All-West Valley)
Personal- Parents- Kent (Mechanical Engineer) and Dana DeHart (Nurse)… Sister- Dani… Brother- Kyle… Favorite Bible Verse- Romans 8:38-39… Chose ACU because the passion for ministry and ability to reflect relationship with God through service, school work, and sports… Cousin Brett Bowman played soccer at ACU… Enjoys sitting in a hammock in the forest, reading, running, watching Netflix and the Arizona Cardinals… Wants to be a pastor… Major is Biblical Studies.
