2021-22 (SO)- Appeared in six meets… Set three personal bests at the PCSC Championships- 50 Free (24.10), 200 Free (2:04.39), and 100 Fly (59.00)

2020-21 (FR)- Swam in three meets

Riverside Christian High School- Swam for RCHS and Sunnyside Sharks, Toppenish Tarpons, and Yakima Marlins club teams for a total of 10 years under coaches Roger Coburn, Sarah Hull and Anthony Galaviz… Favorite highlight- Getting back in the water after a year of physical therapy and taking third place at Mid-Valley Swim Championships… Also participated in basketball (four years varsity/ three year captain) and track and field (four years varsity/ team captain) for the Crusaders… Served as ASB Vice President and ASB Officer… Four year Honor Roll member and three year National Honor Society member

Personal- Parents- Miguel (Social Studies Teacher/ High School Basketball Coach) and Christina (School Counselor) Bazaldua…  Brother- Blake… Enjoys theatre, drama, movies, and music…  Chose ACU to be part of a growing men’s swimming program at a Christian university participating at the NAIA level… Favorite Bible Verse- Isaiah 53:5… Wants to work in the area of health sciences as a vet, physical therapist, or chiropractor… Major is biology.
