2023 (JR)- Appeared in eight meets… Competed in the decathlon… Set career-bests in the following: Pole vault (2.60 meters), Long jump (5.78 meters), Shot put (8.13 meters), Discus (20.79 meters), Javelin (33.10 meters), and 1500 meters (5:17.16)... Finished 2nd in the Decathlon at the GSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships

2022 (SO)- Appeared in four meets… Competed in the 60, 100, and 200 meter and long jump… Recorded a career-best 60 meter time of 7.34 seconds… Finished 15th in the 200 meter (23.83 seconds) at the GSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships

2021 (FR)- Helped the Firestorm win a GSAC Championship… GSAC Champion/ All-GSAC in 4x100 relay… Appeared in six meets… Personal record 11.35 in 100m at GSAC Championship… Personal bests of 52.87 (400m), 22.49 (200m), and 5’5” (high jump) at the Firestorm Invitational

King’s Way Christian High School- Four year varsity athlete for Head Coach Brian Rodriguez… Two time Team MVP… Finished third in 400m and eighth in 100m at state… Owns four school records- 100m, 200m, 400m, and high jump… Best times- 100m- 11.11, 400m- 50.30… Also played four years of varsity basketball

Personal- Parents- Rob and Kim Frahm… Sibling- Logan... Uncle Richie Frahm played basketball at Gonzaga and went on to play in the NBA… Plans on owning a sales company… Major is business.
