Biography
2016 (JR)- Earned NAIA/GSAC Scholar Athlete honors… Competed in the heptathlon at the GSAC Championships- scored 2,804 points… Set personal highs in the 100 meter hurdles (19.44) and long jump (14’6”) at GSAC Championships… Threw the javelin 85’2” at the Mesa Invitational- her ACU high
Also at ACU- Two year member of women’s soccer team
Prior to ACU- Spent two years at Cuyamaca College- playing soccer and running track… Set a personal best time of 12:03 in steeplechase- one second off the school record… Helped the Coyotes finish second in conference… Earned All-Conference honors in both track and soccer
West Hills High School- Two year varsity athlete for both soccer and track
Personal- Parents- Clarinda (Nurse) and Dave Henning, Jim Anderson (Truck Driver)… Sister- Britton (Trent- Brother-in-law)… Brothers- Cody, David… Favorite Bible Verse- Jeremiah 29:11… Chose ACU to further education at a Christian university and grow closer to God… Enjoys soccer, running, hiking, and hanging out with friends and family… Mom threw javelin at the University of Florida… Wants to be an elementary school teacher… Major is elementary education.
