2020-21 (SO)- Swam in two meets. Set records in the 200 Backstroke (2:08.69), 200 Butterfly (2:08.14) and 400 Individual Medley (4:40.28)
McKendree University- Swam one year for Coach Jimmy Tierney… 2018 GLVC Conference Champion 400 IM… NCAA DII National Championships qualifier… Record holder in 200 IM, 400 IM, 1000 Free and 1650 Free… CSCAA Scholar All American… GLVC Athlete of the Week… National Honors Society member… Favorite highlight was placing 1st in her 400 IM with personal best time at her first college conference meet
Stanwood High School- Swam four years varsity for Coach Rita Peterson… Four year WIAA State Swimming qualifier and finalist… Four time district champion in the 500 Freestyle… 200 IM, 500 Free, 100 Back and 100 Fly Record holder… 2016-17 SHS Athlete of the Year… 4-time WESCO 3A North First Team Champion in the 200 IM and 500 Free… Favorite highlight was during her senior year competing at her last state meet with her team and placing second in the 200 IM with a 2:06 (personal record) to wrap up my four years as a Spartan swimmer… 4 Year National Honor Society member
Personal- Parents- Eric (Retired Police Officer, Manager at Pacific Breeze) and Jeri Rimat (Para Educator at Cougar Creek Elementary School)... Brothers- Eric and Troy... Mom swam 4 years at Cal-State Northridge... Favorite Bible Verse - Isaiah 41:10... Chose ACU because she really loved the Christian atmosphere, how professors genuinely care about their students, and Coach Brad building a Christ-centered swim program... Enjoys hiking, reading, coloring, music, hanging out with friends and watching movies… Plans to get her degree and work at an inpatient behavioral hospital… Major is behavioral health.
