ACU has won three consecutive games and eight of its last 10 and has emerged victorious from each of its last eight PCAC games, including two wins over Walla Walla.

ACU, coached by Rick Roth, plays at Chapman University (NCAA III) in Orange, California, Saturday, Feb. 18, at 8 p.m., Arizona time, and completes its 2011-12 season with a home PCAC and Senior Night contest against Portland Bible College (4-19, 1-9 PCAC), Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. ACU's two graduating seniors, guards Joshua Cole (Phoenix, Ariz./Westview H.S.) and Houston Friend (Phoenix, Ariz./Scottsdale Christian Academy), ACU's career three-point field goal leader with 208, will be honored prior to the game.

Freshman forward Bryant Avent (Phoenix, Ariz./Valley Christian H.S.) played 23 minutes in a reserve role and led ACU with a career-high 33 points, 18 in the first half, including seven three- pointers and three slam dunks and also contributed three blocked shots, three steals and one assist. Avent made 13 of 19 shots and seven of nine from beyond the three-point arc.

A three-pointer at the buzzer by Friend, ACU's career three-point field goal leader, gave ACU its widest advantage of the game to that point.

Walla Walla drew no closer than 20 points during the rest of the game, and ACU's lead reached 29 points twice in the final 6:19, before a three-pointer by freshman guard Judah St. Amand (Phoenix, Ariz./Scottsdale Christian Academy) put the Firestorm ahead by 32 points with 59 seconds left (94-62).
