Box Score Tyler, TX- Down seven after a quarter, Arizona Christian used a 28 point second quarter to move in front and hold on for a 31-27 win over Texas College on Saturday.
Senior Aaron Brown was the offensive spark as he netted 119 rushing yards and two touchdown runs of 33 and 47 yards.
However, the ACU defense was the driving force as they recorded two interceptions (including a pick six from Junior Jaron Green), eight tackles for loss, two sacks, and a huge fourth-and-one stand in the final minutes of the game.
