GLENDALE, Ariz. - The ACU men's soccer program's (4-9-0; 2-6-0 GSAC) season came to an end Wednesday after dropping a conference match in its season finale, 2-0 to William Jessup University (7-3-1; 5-1-1 GSAC) on the ACU Football Field.

The Game: 

All of the program's senior players were honored at midfield in a brief ceremony during halftime.  The Firestorm missed some crucial opportunities to score throughout the contest, and gave up one goal in each half as they suffered the 2-0 shutout.

• Savino Livornese: Two shots

• Andres Arce: 89:50 minutes in-goal, two saves, two goals allowed

Thoughts from Coach: 

"I thought the team played extremely well today in the first half.  The result is disappointing, but we will continue to learn from our mistakes.  I would like to thank the seniors for their years of service to the program, and I can't wait to see how they will influence the world.  I believe that we are graduating some amazing leaders that will go out and influence the world based on the core values that have been instilled in them during their time at ACU."
