GLENDALE, Ariz. - ACU men's soccer midfielder Tatsuma Yuki and goalkeeper Andres Arce have each been named to the Golden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) All-Conference Team, according to an official release from the conference office earlier today.

Yuki had an illustrious career playing in the middle for the Firestorm and continued to shine this season as he played excellent defense while also aiding the offensive attack with pinpoint-accurate passes.  He totaled a team-high three assists and tied for second on the team this season with a pair of goals scored.

Arce was a brick wall in his nine games played this season, saving 46 of the 59 shots on-goal he faced this season in 758:29 minutes in-goal.

Head Coach John Powell said of his players, "Yuki has been a top player in the conference both of his seasons so this honor is very fitting.  As for Andres, he has set the standard for working hard and to see him recognized for that hard work is an amazing feeling.  I am extremely proud of both players.  They have both been absolute professionals on the pitch, and their inclusion on the All-Conference Team is well deserved."

Arce is poised to return next season to help anchor a good returning group of defensive players, but as for Yuki, he graduates this May with a degree in business administration and after graduation plans to continue his education with a focus on management.
