Santa Barbara, CA - The Arizona Christian University women's basketball team (15-7, 5-6 GSAC) fell to Westmont College (16-3, 9-2 GSAC) 99-57 on Saturday afternoon.

Game Details:

The Warriors controlled the game from the start and never trailed as they leaped out to a 20-4 lead. The Firestorm didn't give up though as they ended the quarter on an 8-0 run led by six points from Alyssa Alvarez to cut their deficit to 20-12 at the end of the quarter. The Warriors were to much for the Firestorm as they outscored them 26-11 and 28-10 in the second and third quarters to take a commanding 74-33 lead. The Firestorm continued to fight in the fourth but the Warriors wouldn't let them get any closer as the Firestorm fell 99-57 with Alyssa Alvarez scoring 14 points.
