Box Score Glendale, AZ - The Arizona Christian University women's basketball team (17-8) took the lead and never looked back as they took down SAGU American Indian (1-18) 101-48 to get back on the winning track on Tuesday evening at the ACU Events Center.
Thoughts from Coach:
After the game, Head Coach Rusty Rogers said, "First and foremost, we give so much respect to SAGU and Coach Wilson. They were undermanned but played a full 40 minutes with great energy and passion! For us, it's always risky to go outside conference and this critical time of the season but it really allowed us to get a few kids on track and for Graci and Olivia it was a great opportunity to work on their conditioning after being out for three weeks. Fortunately, it worked out well for us!"
