Glendale, Ariz.- On Wednesday, Women's Tennis started their season by beating Pacific Lutheran.  Doubles was played first but turned out to be the difference as the teams ultimately split singles.  The Firestorm trio of Deondra Bacchus, Vittoria Quadri, and Johanna Lutz won all their matches played on the day.

"It is definitely good to start the season with a win.  It was not our cleanest match, there are some things we will need to get corrected moving forward.  But overall I am really proud of the girls for battling through the first match nerves and getting the win!"
