Inside Game One

• The Firestorm brought their hitting to WCHS as they scored five runs in the first inning
• Hipolito singled home the first run, Alto tripled home two, Brenna Henry cashed in one, and Bell scored on a wild pitch
• OUAZ scored two before Buckley connected on her seventh home run of the season in inning two
• The flood gates opened behind Buckley as ACU put up a seven spot
• Bell doubled home two, Anderson doubled in one, Reese cashed in two more, and Buckley collected her second RBI of the second
• In the third, Alto singled to plate Hipolito
• Anderson sent her home run down the left field line to start the scoring in the fourth
• Taylor Schleisman singled in a run followed by an RBI double from Hipolito
• Pinch hitting in the fifth, Grubb launched her first collegiate home run to cap the ACU scoring
• Every spot in the lineup scored at least one run

Inside Game Two

• Schleisman used a sacrifice fly to bring Buckley in the first
• OUAZ countered with a four run bottom of the first
• Lawson shut down the Spirit and did not allow another run
• The second inning saw an RBI single from Bell, and back-to-back RBI doubles from Terzakos and Buckley
• ACU sent ten to the plate and scored six runs in the fourth to break the game open
• Alto and Bell both collected doubles in the inning
• In the sixth, Schleisman doubled, Hipolito walked and Alto tripled them home to create the eight edge to invoke the mercy run

"Big night against our cross-town rival.  We are excited to go into the GSAC tournament with our offense coming back to life.  Proud of Savannah and Trinity for competing through an offensive battle.  A lot of good takeaways and some great momentum going into the GSAC tournament."
