Gallardo, Arce sweep GSAC Player of the Week selections

Glendale, Ariz.- ACU Men's Soccer collected both GSAC Player of the Week awards, as goalkeeper Carlos Gallardo and midfielder Marlon Arce took home the honors.

Gallardo earned GSAC Defender of the Week in the third week of voting by recording 12 saves and a .857 save percentage.

For Arce, he was named GSAC Player of the Week for his two goals, including a game-winner against Eastern Oregon, and 9 shots on goal between the previous two matches.

The Firestorm (4-1) enjoy these conference accolades as they look forward to a two-game road stand in Oklahoma City.
