Firestorm Blanked By Mountaineers

Herrera ready for a return
Box Score La Grande, Ore.- For the first time in their ten year history, Arizona Christian was shutout by an opponent as they were blanked by Eastern Oregon on Saturday.  The Firestorm had not played in the state of Oregon since their first season in 2014.

Johnny Herrera was ACU's Swiss army knife as he threw for yards, ran for yards, and collected return yards.

Defensively, Cameron Tibbetts topped in tackles while Erick Ibochwa collected a solo sack.

After two weeks away, Arizona Christian will return to the ACU Football Field on Saturday to host the College of Idaho.  Kick-off will come at 7:00 pm.
