Playoff Seeding Up For Grabs

Glendale, Ariz.- Currently five GSAC men's basketball teams have already locked in a spot in the upcoming tournament. With four teams tied for second and all with an outside shot still at first, the all important playoff seeds are up for grabs. In a game where the teams have an identical conference and overall record, Saturday's Arizona Christian versus OUAZ game will have a big impact in the standings.

The Firestorm (18-7, 7-4 GSAC), ranked 24 in the latest NAIA poll, had a big 82-47 win over Life Pacific on Saturday. Dennis Flowers III topped ACU with 19 points and five assists. Anthony Howell added 15 points.

Despite the Spirit (18-7, 7-4 GSAC) losing 84-68 on Saturday, they remain the hottest team in the GSAC with an 8-2 record in their last ten games. Bryce Fitzgerald had 16 points against the Mustangs. McKay Bundy grabbed 12 rebounds.
