Glendale, Ariz.- Arizona Christian University Firestorm Archery turned in another strong team performance on Saturday, November 15, at the Arizona State Field Championships.  Seven ACU archers made the trip to Oro Valley to tackle two challenging 12-target field courses, navigating steep trails and shooting from distances ranging from 10 to 60 meters.  

The Firestorm brought home seven medals in total, delivered four individual State Champions on the day, and continued to build momentum early in the 2025-26 season.

Head Coach Arvid Veidmark  III praised the group's effort and heart throughout the event.
"Our students continue to represent Arizona Christian with excellence in competition and character," Veidmark III  said. "We thank our Lord Jesus for the safety and strength He has given our team, and we are excited to see how He continues to lead us as we move into the next phase of our season."

With two tournaments completed, Firestorm Archery has now secured seven State titles for 2025, setting the stage for a promising campaign. The team now looks ahead to January as they open 2026 competition at the USA Archery Arizona Indoor Championships and the USA Archery National Indoor Championships.
