Glendale, Ariz.- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2024-25 NAIA Scholar Teams as part of NAIA National Awards Day and Arizona Christian showed out with 17 teams on the list.  The 17 teams for ACU topped all schools in the GSAC.

To qualify for NAIA Scholar Team honors, teams must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA as a team during the 2024-25 academic year.  All athletes listed on an eligibility certificate must be included in the team grade point average calculation.

Arizona Christian University produced one more scholar team than the 16 qualifying teams from The Master's University.  Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (AZ) and Hope International tied for third with 14 scholar teams.

As for the top spot within the ACU athletic department, Beach Volleyball (3.72) just edged out Women's Tennis (3.71).  Women's Basketball ranked third in the department with a 3.68 GPA.
