Phoenix, AZ – The Firestorm Track & Field program took a short trip down highway 101 to compete at Paradise Valley Community College on Saturday. They had multiple season best performances including freshman Nadyr Menard running 7.11 in the 60-meter dash, sophomore
Daniel Kpeh hurdling 60 meters in 8.90, and sophomore
Isaac Linan set new personal bests in both the 800 with a 1:56.69, and the 1000 with a time of 2:37.45.
In the throws section, All-American
TaHaj Acoff easily won the shot put with a throw of 53' 3".

"We were excited to see so many great performances this early into the indoor season. Particularly from our throwers and middle-distance crew. There was also an amazing 4x400 relay. The men's team is looking really strong."
