Phoenix, AZ – Arizona Christian University Men's Track & Field opened their 2025-2026 campaign Saturday December 6th at the Holiday Classic. The meet was hosted by Paradise Valley Community College.
TaHaj Acoff picked up where he ended last season by qualifying for NAIA Indoor Track & Field National Championships with a shot put throw of 16.24 meters. There were several other highlights for the men's team, with Isaac Linan breaking the ACU school record and winning the 1000m race with a new best time of 2:43.73. Linan also won the men's 600m race with the third fastest time in program history of 1:22.75. Several other men had top 10 all-time performances and personal records.

Next On the Schedule
The Firestorm will now head into an extended break for the Christmas Holiday. Competition will pick up again on January 17 when the team travels to Pima Community College for the Al Shirley Invite.
