Aliso Viejo, CA- The Firestorm men's swim team travelled west to Aliso Viejo, CA to compete at the GSAC Swim & Dive Championships at Soka University.  The team started strong in the morning session of day one as Isaiah Porritt won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.13.  His teammate Jackson Lee finished second in the 500-yard freestyle which was one of three second place finishes along with the teams 200 yard freestyle relay and 400-yard medley relay.
 
In the afternoon session, CJ Trettel garnered All-GSAC honors and set a new program record in the 400 yard IM with a time of 4:27.63.  Porritt returned in the breaststroke and earned his second All-GSAC award with a second place finish.  And finally, Balazs Bansagi also joined the All-GSAC ranks with a second place showing in the 100 yard fly.
