Fullerton, Calif.- On Friday and Saturday, Arizona Christian competed in the Royal Rumble hosted by Hope International.  The Firestorm earned their second win of the season by beating Park Gilbert again.

The Firestorm squared off with the Buccaneers for the second time in five days to begin their weekend in Fullerton.  ACU earned their first shutout win with a 13-0 victory over Park.

UC Davis was the second opponent for Arizona Christian on Friday.  The teams were tied 5-5 at halftime before the Aggies pulled away in the last two quarters for the 16-7 win.

On Saturday, the Firestorm could not slow the host Royals.

Just an hour start time to start time later, Arizona Christian challenged Fresno Pacific.  The Sunbirds jumped out to an early lead.  The Firestorm scored in the third and fourth quarters, but FPU had a big final quarter.

Arizona Christian will return to action on February 20 in Dallas, TX.  The Firestorm will be up early as they compete at 7:00 am Arizona time.
