Grinstead, Estabrook Lock In A Series Split

Fullerton, Calif.- Saturday's doubleheader versus Hope International looked very similar to Friday's doubleheader - a tough fourth inning in game one and lights out pitching from Alyssa Grinstead in game two.  Grinstead threw a complete game shutout to lock in a series split.  Glory Estabrook homered in both games.

  • Grinstead did the rest to lock up her fourth complete game of the year

"Important to get splits on the road against teams like Hope who are the standard bearer in our conference.  Lots to work on and improve.  Alyssa was dominant this weekend in the circle.  Glory stepped up big for our offense.  Proud of battling in the first games and coming back with shutouts in the second games both days."
