Page, Ariz.- Arizona Christian Men's Golf delivered a steady performance across both rounds, shooting identical of plus nine scores of 297 on Monday and Tuesday to climb two spots and secure a third-place finish at The Bandy Invitational, held at Lake Powell National Golf Course.

Leading the way, Apollos Morris fired a six-under-par tournament to claim individual medalist honors on the par-72, 6,922-yard course, winning by four strokes.

Arjin Yalcinkaya posted rounds of 74 and 74 ( plus 4, 148) to finish tied for 12th overall.

Rounding out the Firestorm scoring lineup, Hudson Hobbs carded a 151 (75-76), Johnathan Riley added a 158 (79-79), and Nicholas Goldsberry finished with a 159 (78-81).

Embry-Riddle (AZ) captured the team title with an even-par performance.  Simpson (CA) placed second at 586 (293-293), followed by Arizona Christian at 594 (297-297).  Hope International finished just one stroke back at 595, with Benedictine Mesa (596), College of Idaho (601), and Florida College (620) completing the field.

Their work in Northern Arizona will serve as the final tune-up before the GSAC Championships takes place in two weeks in Lompoc, CA, at the La Purisima Golf Course.
