Prior to ACU- Played two years (2008, 2010) for Saddleback College under Head Coach Mark McElroy… Named Second Team All-Southern California Football Association Defense… Recorded 63 tackles with 34 solo and 7 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and two interception returned for touchdowns in one season

Oceanside High School- Two year varsity player under Head Coach Steve Carroll… Guided the Pirates to two CIF Championships and State Championship… Also participated in track and field (three years varsity) and wrestling (one year varsity)
