Prior to ACU- Spent two years at Oxnard College playing basketball for Coach Cunningham… Averaged 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists… Scored 28 points including game winning free throws against Ventura College… Did not play football… Earned Scholar-Athlete honors

Pacifica High School- Played two varsity years for Coach Bowen… Scored three touchdowns in a game for the Tritons against school rival… Also played basketball, track and field, and volleyball… Named Best Defensive and Most Improved Player

Personal- Parent- Doris Hackett-Koontz… Sisters- Jazzelena (All-American triple jumper at South Dakota State University) and Zemina… Favorite Bible Verses- Proverbs 15:3 and Matthew 28:20… Chose ACU because of the genuineness of the football program and God still the head of life and education… Hopes to work in business… Major is business administration.
