Prior to ACU- Played one season at Whittier College for Head Coach Michael Neale… Played in three games… Had six tackles… Favorite highlight- getting first college tackle 

Portola High School- Three year varsity player for head Coach Peter Abe… Helped the Bulldogs win two Pacific Hills League championships… Named two time First team All-Pacific Hills League and one time Lineman of the Year… Produced 54 tackles, 14 pressure, eight QB hits, two sacks, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries 
Personal- Parents- Miriam Lira and Hugo Valenzuela… Favorite Bible Verse- Deuteronomy 31:6… Enjoys lifting weights, cooking, and hiking… Wants to be an FBI agent, undercover police officer, or parole officer… Major is criminal justice.
