Coach Hoffman started coaching at Arizona Christian ahead of the 2022-23 season.  He was added to the Firestorm staff after two seasons at Bryant and Stratton College (WI).  The Bobcats advanced to a regional final thanks to an All-American and three All-Regional players.  During his three seasons on the coaching staff at Holy Family University he saw the Tigers qualify for their first NCAA Division II national tournament appearance, earn their most season wins in program history, and produce three All-Americans.  His one season coaching at Waldorf University resulted in WU earning their first NAIA home playoff game.

As a player, Coach Hoffman spent his entire collegiate career at Concordia University Chicago.  As a senior, he was named the team captain.  

Educationally, he earned a bachelor's degree in Sports and Fitness with a minor in Coaching and Sports Management.  Later he added a master’s degree in organizational leadership.

Coach Hoffman and his wife, Katie, have a daughter named Kendall.
