Kailey Pomeroy is entering her first season as an assistant softball coach for ACU.  Prior to ACU, Coach Pomeroy (formerly Kailey Regester) attended Grand Canyon University.  As a four year Lope, she competed on the 2014 team that won the WAC conference title the first year they competed as a NCAA DI program.  The native of Chandler, AZ, was a four time letter award winner for Basha High School.  In her four years at BHS, she was named Second Team All-American, First Team All-Conference, and First Team All-Region as well as receiving academic honors.  Educationally, Coach Pomeroy graduated from Grand Canyon University obtaining her bachelor's degree in healthcare administration.
