LEXINGTON, Ky. - The Arizona Christian University men's tennis program (2-6) fell in both of its matches Saturday afternoon, losing 4-1 to No. 25 Campbellsville University (3-0) and 7-0 to No. 15 University of the Cumberlands (4-0) at Top Seed Tennis Club.

Saturday's contest marked the first-ever meeting between the Firestorm and their two opponents.

Thoughts From Coach:

"We came out extremely flat this morning and never got it going against Campbellsville.  Playing indoors definitely caused some issues for us, but more than anything our heads just weren't in the right place and it cost us.  We bounced back well against Cumberlands.  The scores may not show it, but we actually played much better in that second match despite being just a bit outgunned.  Overall this was a great experience for the guys against some really good teams.  Now we have a better idea of what it will take to get to that level and I know we're ready for the challenge."
