Glendale, Ariz.- Arizona Christian University Athletics is pleased to announce the hiring of
Justin Glenn as its new Associate Athletic Director of Compliance and Administration.

Â "I've had the opportunity to get to know Justin over the years, and he is an outstanding fit for Arizona Christian University. His extensive experience in the NAIA, combined with his expertise in compliance and athletics administration, will be a tremendous asset to our department. Â Beyond his professional qualifications, Justin is a person of strong Christian character who will invest in our student-athletes and contribute meaningfully to our campus community. Â We are thrilled to have him join our team."
Glenn arrives at ACU following a distinguished tenure at Olivet Nazarene University (ONU), where he served as Athletic Director since 2023. Prior to leading the Tigers' athletic department, he spent five years as ONU's Associate Athletic Director of Compliance.
Before his time at Olivet Nazarene, Glenn served for three years as the Manager of Championship Sports at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), where he played a key role in overseeing national championship events and supporting member institutions.
Educationally, Glenn earned his bachelor's degree in management and ethics from Manhattan Christian College in 2009 before completing a master's degree in sport management at Wichita State University in 2011.
Arriving with Justin in the Valley of the Sun is his wife, Lauren and their two sons, Nash and Micah.
Glenn joins the Firestorm athletics team as he succeeds
Keith Baker, who is retiring after an illustrious career in higher education athletics. ACU Athletics extends its sincere gratitude to Baker for his years of dedicated service and looks forward to the leadership, experience, and vision Glenn brings to the department.
