"We played with great energy and focus tonight. We did a nice job sharing the ball (25 assists) and really shot the ball well in the first half. Florida National has some talented guys and they are explosive. They played really hard and picked up the pressure. It shook us for a little bit, but we settled down and made some plays to hold them off. It will be a battle tomorrow."
"It is great to get to play in AJ's home state and he played really well tonight. This is the second game in our short season that he has been close to a triple double. Robbie and De'Ron played well. Dominic was really good tonight. He did a nice job being patient and waiting for things to come his way, and he has done a great job making the right play."
"We are playing without several key guys, several others had opportunities to step in and play and I thought they played well."
