Glendale, Ariz.- Arizona Christian swept the GSAC Flag Football Players of the Week honors, presented by Athletic Solutions, as CC Maccagnano was named the Offensive player and Shea Gonzalez earned the Defensive player honors.

Maccagnano, from Chandler, AZ, passed for a combined 671 yards and 9 touchdowns as the Firestorm went 1-1 last.  The quarterback impressed with 343 and 6 touchdowns against OUAZ on Wednesday.  On the week, she completed 66.7% (46-69) of her passes.  She also ran for 31 yards.

Gonzalez, from Dana Point, CA, delivered two interceptions including a pick six against OUAZ.  She claimed her second interception on Saturday.  The defensive back made a combined seven tackles.  Gonzalez added a touchdown catch against Nevada State on Saturday.
