Sophomores Set Records In Firestorm Indoor Opener

Phoenix, AZ- Arizona Christian Women's Track opened their season at the Puma Indoor Invitational hosted by Paradise Valley Community College on Saturday.  Sophomore Olivia McDermitt qualified for nationals and set a school record.  Sophomore Lesha Turner set a record in her 60 meter race.

Hitting the track for the longer distances on the track, Senior Charlotte Culiver ran 3:20.95 in her 1,000 meter run and then 5:34.53 for her mile effort.  Freshman Zuri Vazquez also ran both races.
