Irvine, CA- Playing in their third one run game in the GSAC Tournament, Arizona Christian came up short for the second time in as many days.  On Wednesday, their 3-2 loss to Menlo knocked ACU out of the conference tournament and ended their season.

• The Oaks grabbed a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first
• San Pedro tripled in the third and P. Carli delivered an RBI single
• Menlo answered back with one in the bottom of the third
• In the seventh, San Pedro produced her sixth triple of the season and P. Carli brought her home again
• The six triples is an ACU season record and two in one game is an ACU single game record
• ACU out hit MC 8-7

"Much like the rest of our season, we put up a really good fight today.  I am really proud of the girls and really happy with how they have embraced this entire year.  They are a great group of girls.  Was not how we wanted to go out, but I wouldn't have traded this group for anything!"
