The Firestorm (9-5) swept their AZ rivals last week highlighted by a no-hitter against Park-Gilbert. Savannah Smith earned GSAC Pitcher of the Week honors after going 2-1 with a save and the no-hitter. Helen Hayes was dealing allowing just one run in three appearances. Jyden Miles hit .667 with three doubles against the two schools. Taylor Alto hit .538 in the four games. Claire Buckley launched three home runs including two in one game.
