Savannah Smith earned the win in game one while notching the save in game two. Claire Buckley launched her GSAC leading 12th home run. Jyden Miles used an inside-the-park effort for her first collegiate home run.

ACU Game One Stats
Inside Game One
- ACU started the game with the first three reaching before Garcia singled home Buckley and Miles
- Joelle Dowdy walked to begin the second and came home when Schleisman grounded into a fielder's choice
- In the third, Garcia hit a ground rule double and scored on an error to give ACU a 4-0 lead
- A Miles' single, Schleisman double, Taylor Alto sac fly, and Garcia single gave the Firestorm a 6-0 lead in the seventh
- Meanwhile, Smith went through 6.2 innings and did not allow more than one baserunner and had retired nine straight
- Before Smith could get the final out, the Hawks put together four straight hits to erase the shutout bid
- When the final out came, Smith earned win number 14 on the season

Inside Game Two
- Schleisman doubled, Alto singled, and Garcia singled to plate two runs in the first inning
- SDCC responded with three runs in the bottom of the first
- RBIs from Garcia, Anderson, and Zarate highlighted the three run third
- After the Hawks scored a run, Miles turned a single and error into a run for a 6-4 edge
- The Hawks tied the game at 6-6 with two in the bottom of the fourth
- But Buckley left the yard down by way of the left field line for a 7-6 lead in the sixth
- Zarate doubled home two, Buckley doubled home one, and Miles sent a ball to the outfield and never stopped running for a five run seventh
- After Lawson (4-3) threw four innings, Smith came in and secured the final six outs
