But in the second game, the Firestorm comeback was more successful. Senior Eric Schwalbe hit a home run in both games to help the Firestorm win three of four in the weekend series.

- In the fifth, Furr started it off with a double, Isbell went in to pinch run, Levine singled to bring Isbell home, Smith walked, Michael Diffley singled, Smith and Levine scored on a single from Burkey, Diffley scored on a sac fly by Sim, and Burkey scored on a wild pitch
- Ty Isbell, Smith, Robert Bostedt, Burkey, Diffley, and Sim scored in the sixth inning
