Two Players Awarded All-GSAC, One Gold-Glover

Glendale, Ariz. - A day prior to this year's GSAC Championship Baseball Tournament, two ACU players were selected to the 2026 GSAC All-Conference Team and one was selected as a gold glover. Casey Farrell and Zach Blair both earned all-conference with their steady, and, in many areas, conference-leading play throughout the regular season, while Andrew Ivy earned his second gold-glove award. 

Casey Farrell (Pitcher / Warrenville, IL)
Casey was tabbed All-GSAC in his first season with the Firestorm. The junior transfer has an ERA of 1.84 this season, with a record of 8-4 and threw 76 strikeouts in 73.1 innings pitched. He only allowed 25 runs on the regular season, and had a WHIP of 1.11, one of the lowest on the team. In the game against Embry-Riddle on January 30, Farrell threw a career high of nine strikeouts. 

Zach Blair (Outfielder / Camas, WA)
Blair earned All-GSAC in his first season with ACU Baseball. Primarily an outfielder, he had one of the highest batting averages on the team at the end of the regular season, with a batting average of .340 including 36 hits, five home runs, and 15 RBI's. His on base percentage was .447 with a slugging percentage of .547, the highest on the team. He had a season high of four hits on April 17 against Benedictine Mesa and a season high of five stolen bases against Justice University. 

Andrew Ivy (Outfielder / Chicago, IL)
Ivy earned his second consecutive Gold Glove honor. On defense, the senior had 81 putouts with a fielding percentage of 1.000, after playing in 47 games in the regular season. He had a batting average of .224 with 37 hits and two home runs. Ivy had a season high of 5 RBI's against Benedictine Mesa on April 18. .
